      • Hello

        Lakeshore was the only company avail through my home warranty. The work was good and professional. I just still don't understand the $690.00 bill afterwards, "to put it up to code". The warranty company told me they paid for the new hot water heater and for the removal of the old one. Asked for an itemized receipt twice but just got left hanging. The only thing different i noticed was a drip pan. Service: Boiler installation
