We had a full irrigation installed at our home. Chris accepted the job despite extra regulations that were imposed by our township (permitting and extra meter installation) that came along with the project. Chris handled all the extra red tape, including working with the city to make sure all procedures were followed properly. Chris communicated well with me throughout the entire process, despite being very busy, and always responded promptly to my calls. He and his co-worker Wadner were very professional and highly knowledgeable about the system and overall installation. There were a few complications that arose which required Chris to troubleshoot on the spot, make extra trips to retrieve parts and work past regular business hours, all of which he did without complaint. Chris and Wadner really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and it was greatly appreciated. Knowledgable and Polite Even tho the project took longer than expected. Chris (owner) basically installed the system completely by himself and he did an excellent job. The system was operating only a couple months before winter, but during that time we had no major problems . We are happy we went with the Smart System which we can program and operate from our phone. We would recommend The Peters Group.

Chris Peters installed 200 feet of French drain in a day and a half. They had to hand dig it due to numerous utility lines and a sprinkler system. He was polite, professional, quick and explained the process well. Area involved had been a marsh for a year. We could see drainage immediately.

We had a full irrigation installed at our home. Chris communicated well with me throughout the entire process, and responded promptly to all of my calls. He worked with me to expedite the initial estimate, and even exceeded my expectations with the timeliness of the installation. He was courteous and professional, and highly knowledgeable about the system and overall installation. Although I just recently got the system installed, I look forward to seeing how the irrigation system fares in the long run, as well as his maintenance plan (I signed on for two years). I had been considering having a underground system installed for almost 10 years but decided to bite the bullet and have one installed when I moved into my new home. I have only tested the system since I am in the process of killing the weeds that have infested the lawn. I am positive the system will help my lawn look beautiful next year. I have been communicating with Chris on and off and initially, I will admit, I wasn't sure of the business style. A few guys at work used him and it seemed the negotiation experience was much different for them so I did not pursue the work at that time. I did this year and was more assertive and found him to be fair and once you get on the radar, attentive. He squeezed me in which was great as I am trying to get my project list complete so I can relax. He explained the details to me and did the work when I wasn't at home mostly so little interruption. The cable line was cut and not sure who is at fault but I would recommend, even if the contract puts the responsibility with him, you call 411 yourself to ensure the lines are marked before the work begins. Due to scheduling with Comcast, I had 3 days with no services (phone, WI-FI and cable). Again, they do not believe they hit it but Comcast said someone did. At any rate, the installation was overall a good experience and I believe a good use of money. Service: Install water fixtures
