My 78 year old mom was approved for an apt here but once she got the letter of approval she has not heard anything back and its been almost a month now and she needs a place by may 1st. I have called numerous times and left messages but they will not reply to any of them so the review saying this same thing is correct on the t because it is true 100% as I am currently going through the same thing with trying to get an answer for my mom with no good results at all, do not try to rent here, they suck and not professional at all. Not recommended for a place to call home at all.

Don't bother applying, they deny people who have minor misdemeanors. Total waste of time. The office people are rude and unprofessional.
