        Extremely poor customer service. After receiving a quotation, the sales person will not return my calls nor emails. I even spoke with another individual in the same office and still no follow-up. My inquiry was concerning evaluation hardware before purchasing. There are other alternatives on the market I which will evaluate before considering CSM. It's a shame as the specs look very good.
