Teresa cut my friends hair and it was uneven. When we called up there she was rude and and told us that no one will fix the mistake. Never go there! After trying to figure out how this place can fix a 2 inch difference in the hair cut Teresa hung up. Very rude and should not have a job working face to face with clients if she cannot even do the job nor interact with the clients.

I should read the review before I walk in.. The African American woman trim my son's hair in couple minutes and it didn't look any shorter.. she let him walk out with wet hair. $16 for 12 years old kid is too expensive.. I gave her $3 tips that she's not even worth it. she didn't say thank you or anything or maybe she's expect more tip?

Made 3 appointments for a hair coloring, the last time I went, my stylist didn't show, but the manager ended up doing it, got bleach alll over the back of my shirt, it's completely UNDERSTAFFED, poor girl was running back and forth, did not have a good experience.
