        Justin was wonderful at helping me and gave me guidance on the next steps I needed to take to get assistance with my issue with not being able to have my caller ID show my name when calling as he performed the right troubleshooting to determine said necessary steps to have me contact the customer support center for further assistance. This was my first time visiting Great Lakes Crossings and having an experience like that makes you want to feel assured your concerns are valued by a company.

        I just paid a visit to the T Mobile store on Baldwin rd in AH. I have been here before and I swore I would never go back. I must say today I was pleasantly surprised. Chris and Isaiah were great. If you need something from T Mobile go see these guys. Thanks guys.
