After spending over $300,000 dollars I called in for a Service and Sean one of the employee said to me “I’m not interested my workers are busy with my regular customers”

Since a Peco elected Affordable Care Act coverage for its employee, Peco employees were receiving BCN (Blue Care Network) letters stated that they sent an affordable care refund to PECO which PECO requires to refund to Peco employees. When I request this refund from Peco REFUSED do that motivating that they paid for my insurance (see attachments). Law requires that insurers must “Mail a printed notice of the rebates to individuals and companies explaining why and how they will be provided”. They have failed to disclose this information to me. They have NOT mailed the ORIGINAL BCN REBATE DOCUMENTS. By not providing me an official BCN refunds info Peco was managing and controls those refunds the way they want to. As Peco stated on small claim mediation “They were buying lunch for employees using those rebates”. Nobody knows how much money they received from BCN Affordable Care refunds. Those lunches were consisted from a few pizzas. How much money they received from BCN remains mystery. Law requires that insurers must “Mail a printed notice of the rebates to individuals and companies explaining why and how they will be provided”. They have failed to disclose that information to me. I have rights to manage my refunds as I wish not Peco pizza lunch. Please note: DO NOT FILE A SMALL CLAIM to Michigan 52nd District Court. You will lose the case. All Peco current and former employees may look for an Employee Attorney to qualify for monetary compensations. Do your homework too. I am currently looking for Employee Attorney too. P.S. Peco may claim that they have sent me a BCN refunds info. This info was their accounting books not a ORIGINAL BCN REBATE DOCUMENTS Please verify info that Peco may reply to this review before trust it.

Incredible customer service by Mike G in the parts department. I called asking for two small ticket items and needed them shipped Next Day Air. He verified that these parts were in stock when nobody else seemed to have them, helped ship these without ridiculous shipping costs, and ran around to made sure they shipped out with only a few minutes to spare before the next day air window was missed. PECO and specifically Mike were excellent to work with and helped keep our company running. Thank you very much, we look forward to doing more business with you!
