The day we were closing on our cabin, the furnace wasn't working. Stacy came out within 30 mins of speaking with him, and made sure we had heat. Friendly nice guy. Fast service great work!

OK....So the Internet based thermostat tells me I got an issue!!!! Temperature in the cottage is set at 60°f.....but inside temp is 45°f!!! I go there..Its blowing nothing but cold air!!!!! I call Stacey Weaver who Owns UP NORTH HEATING and COOLING.....He almost diagnosed it over the phone!!! He arrived...went in crawl space inspected my furnace...a Trane EX90 and ascertained it was a common problem easily remedied!!! My Pressure Switch was old...became brittle and possibly due to moisture and age lost its flexibility to activate a needed component allowing gas to enter and ignite!! Stacey ordered the part...luckily in stock and will be delivered and installed tomorrow!!!! I Cannot tell you the peace of mind knowing this expertise is local.....AND FAIR!!! Thank You Stacey and if anyone wishes a referral..this isn't the first time I had a furnace issue...my main residence...Roach Manor had a blown circuit board..that time in dead of winter it was overnighted... installed and nary a problem since!!! What Peace of Mind!!!
