I used this company to sell my former husband’s 11 acres and house. Susan, my realtor went out of her way to make this sale happen. She assisted me to prepare this trust/estate sale and she found errors in paper work prior to the sale that needed to be cleared up long before I could even sell it. Thank God she did because it would of held up the sale for months. I found her to be honest and knowledgeable of the market and what buyers were looking for. I had to leave the state of Michigan and she assured me she would take care of everything. She showed the house many times in snow and rain and found me a buyer. I appreciated the amount of driving time she had to drive to Melvin Mi. I would highly recommend her and this company if you are looking to buy or sell.
