This company provides awesome, exceptional service!! Erica and Amy spent lots of time with me when I had maintenance issues (which were due to my ignorance) and they were extremely knowledgeable and patient. Manuals and videos for the aerators are excellent. One request - can you make the diaphragms easier to change and replace the teensy set screws with some other way to anchor the manifold to the compressor?

I have been a customer of Airmax fountain products for a couple of years. They can give other companies a lesson in customer service. Even when I've had some nagging issues with a timer that keeps failing, they always ALWAYS make it right and hasslefree. I own a wedding venue and was caught with a failing pump only a couple of days before a big wedding - the bride was depending on wedding pictures in the gardens with the fountains. Airmax went out of their way to get a replacement to me in time to keep my own customers happy. I didn't expect that out of them. They just did it. Regardless of which dealer you use, you can feel good that they are backed by a manufacturer who is top notch. Don't waste your time with any other brand.
