    We get charged for calling to check for mail. We're charged for mail forwarding but have to go pickup our mail. They refuse to return fees for services, even when they haven't performed them. We were told by the office manager to work through him for canceling our contract, yet it renewed anyway in their system. He assured us it would be fixed but it never was. They refuse to refund our deposit or cancel our agreement, even though we already did it online. Run Away!

    Pros: Erica and Ryan are great Nice clean office Monthly price is good- but fees are almost as much as the rent Cons: I was charged $520 in fees for a 2.5 month commitment. Fees should be much more transparent and not hidden in legalese. Invoicing should be more streamlined and transparent. I received 5 invoices in 2 months. $309 office restoration fee based on $3/sq. foot (hidden in "house rules", not in my contract) $45 late fee (I accidentally paid my security deposit instead of my rent the first month, and they charged me a late fee and would not refund as a courtesy) $65 late fee (no idea, they charge $800 in security deposits, first $400 appears the first month, then $400 appears another time as part of another invoice, I didn't recognize this invoice) $12 per month to use the kitchen $49 activation fee

    Was a tenant for years. After Jennifer left the quality of service fell off to extremely poor. We get charged for even calling to check for mail. We were charged for a long time for mail forwarding, even after canceling services and having to pickup our mail. They refuse to return fees for services, even when they haven't performed them for years and were told to cancel. We canceled our contract, yet it renewed anyway in their system. They refuse to refund our deposit or cancel our agreement, even though we already did it online. NOT RECOMMENDED!
