      image I waited for 20 minutes for staff to come out to ask for some simple supplies. She did not apologize for making me wait and was argumentative about asking the vet if she would sell me these simple supplies. Rude is an understatement. Uncooperative could not be more on point and I would not recommend this office based on how I was treated after explaining I was here from out of town for a serious medical procedure. No way. I used to say Michigan residents were so nice and kind. I am changing my mind on this trip.
