Staff and doctors don't act like they're doing you a favor by performing their jobs. Instead, the people who work here treat us as if they owe us a debt.         On August 13 this year I had hip replacement surgery at this hospital and I want to thank each and every person involved with my care. Everyone was pleasant, cheerful and caring. My treatment was A number 1 from admitting through surgery and recovery. Thanks again to complete staff, you make your administrator proud I am sure. Don Kinn, Findlay OH
