Metro by T-Mobile - Closed

This service provider exceeded expectations. The transfer to Metro was seamless due to the patience and kindness of the shop manager. The price was much lower than expected and the family plan is perfect.

The facility rough to park at and the facility itself isn't great but the workers are friendly and helpful.

Left another store on Stadium because they did not open when they said they would. Luckily we came to this store. Tony was very professional; and he knew the phones and services he was selling. It was great to do business with someone who actually cared about his job; and the potential customers who walked thru the front door.

At most cell phone stores, employees are very obviously on commission, know little about the technology they are supposedly expert in, and want to sell (cell?) you an expensive plan. THIS IS NOT THAT. The Metro by T-Mobile store on Platt Road is that rare find, a store managed by a smart, responsive, and all-around good egg, Patrick. I happened upon this store several years ago when I needed an IPhone in a hurry. I bought a used IPhone from Patrick and switched from Verizon to Metro by T-Mobile. My monthly cell phone bill went from $50 to $30. Then last month, I needed a phone upgrade. Back I went to the Platt Road store. Patrick was still there. Once again he transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone. Once again he did an exceptional job. As long as Patrick is managing the Platt Road store, I will continue to go there for all things cell-phone related.
