I sought to replace a zipper in a jacket. The first person looked snd said they did not have that length available. I asked if they could install the zipper if I bought the proper length. Answer: yes. I returned with the proper zipper. A different person told me there was nothing wrong with the zipper on the coat. I said that more than half the time it gets stuck. She said, “No, it doesn’t.” Then she turned and walked away. I then went to another seamstress. She looked at the coat snd what installing a new zipper would entail, explained it all, and said the world would be well over a hundred dollars. I understood, appreciated her honesty and her explanation, and left feeling I had been treated politely and honestly. I will never go back to the first seemstress. Service: Alterations

The woman who runs the store is very nice and professional. We loved her work. But we went in today to see if we could add a minor detail and there was another woman who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed that she wouldn’t touch the previous seamstress’ work (even though we weren’t asking her to), gave us a hard time about our small request, and at the end of the conversation said, “I won’t do it. Goodbye,” and walked away from us. It’s important to note that we weren’t rude to this woman at all and we were just trying to work with her.
