Wish I could give it a zero. They canceled my appointment 3 times without calling me (only sent me text messages approx. 24 hours before appointment) and the room where the massage took place was freezing. I purchased a 60 minute massage starting at 3 pm. We started on time and when I walked to the register to pay, I looked at my phone and it was 3:44. When I mentioned this to the masseuse she told me that was the way things were done there and proceeded  to charge me for the full 60 minutes. Horrible. Don't waste your money.

Got a groupon for a sixty minute hot stone massage. Scheduling was fine and made an appointment with Claudia. Very nice relaxing massage. I'm used to deep tissue massages but this was the first time I've had this type and it was very enjoyable.

Me n my friend went to this spa, very excited since it was our first time, it was the worst experience we had, she was so rude, didn't go with any consulting n pushed us in the treatment room, promised a lot of services but never did, please don't waste your money in this spa.

I created a yelp account just to critique this place. I get brazillians all the time and this was THE WORST I've ever had. Normally I don't have issues with the pain, but this one was painful mostly because the lady had no idea what she was doing. She did everything wrong and I ended up having to basically teach her how to do it. AVOID this place!
