Had a sit down with Chuck M a few months ago to search for apartments downtown. It was about 15 min of "this city it too liberal for me" "I would worry about my daughter living downtown". So if you want a bunch of politics and zero help finding a place to live, Century 21 is hiring the right folk. Also, he passed us off to his daughter (also an agent), which made the agent who poached us very mad, they started bickering right in front of us.

How do you allow a guy like Larry Gotcher represent your company?! That is EMBARRASSING!! The most unprofessional human Ive ever met! I will NEVER use century 21 and will be telling everyone I know not too as well. Unless Larry is no longer representing that company then you guys are condoning this behavior which is wrong!

I purchased my home 4 years ago as a first time home buyer and in process of selling and buying my second home now and from that, I can say how terrible my first experience was. My realtor was Donna Corker, throughout the whole process I never felt that she was trying to steer me in any direction that would help me but was just simply there. I've never purchased a home before at this point so I was hoping for some guidance... which I thought was the point of a realtor and is pose to be her expertise. From making an offer to trying to negotiate after the inspection which came back with many faults which some were major issues and safety issues, she never address how I should possibly try to renegotiate my offer. Lastly during our final walk through the seller hasnt even moved everything out so we were simply walking through a mess, and even after the closing their old broken down car was still seating my driveway. She never addressed these things to the sellers and was simply again there as a vassel. Until my second buying home process I just simply thought that's how home buying was, and didn't understand the point of a realtor. My second realtor set down with me after the inspection and told me what she think we should try to renegotiate as well as told me things I need to consider down the road of home maintenance. Made me change the whole prospective of realtors. She walked through the final walk through with me, and gave me more advice. It was a complete 180 in experience, and for that I would never recommend people this realtor, or this agency.
