Pete just helped us purchase our first home and we could not be happier. Pete was incredible, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable throughout the whole experience. Pete is awesome at what he does! He was working for the seller on a property we were purchasing but helped us out every step of the way. He was very prompt at getting back to us with questions and even helped us out on some financing questions. I would highly recommend Pete for your next purchase or sale of your home!

My husband and I were completely satisfied with both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. Pete knew the Ann Arbor market very well and helped us make an offer below what was being asked but was accepted. He also helped us price our house correctly that produced multiple offers. He has an incredible skill at both identifying potential in properties and identifying issues and how easily they can be dealt with (and if worth fixing or not). Also his skills as a builder and connections were helpful even after our home purchase with additional work that we got done. Lastly, Pete was always accessible 24/7 to talk through contract items, showings, etc... Great experience, highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
