First time trying the face+neck RF micro-needling and Mary is wonderful! The result is wow AMAZING! Looking at the before & after picture, I was surprised. Glowing and tightened skin, lifted chin area. I was a bit hesitant to try it at first (very worried that it would be way more painful than regular microneedling), but Mary walked me through the process patiently, answered every question I had, and addressed my concerns. She is so empathetic and she cares about her client. Knowing that I was nervous about the procedure, Mary did everything she could to help me relax and feel comfortable. The numbing cream really works! I didnt feel much pain. Mary adjusted the level of RF for different areas of my face & neck. Very happy with this experience. I love the Med1 team and I know that I can always trust them. Every treatment is a wonderful experience.
