Lawn Guru is fine for a one-time mow if/when you are in a pinch. The weekly service however was completely unreliable. This summer I had five different service providers through Lawn Guru and never knew if or when they would show up. The app is great in concept, but I found it to be a pretty poor customer service experience.

I was charged $212 for 3 bags of mulch ($10) for front garden bed and trimming of front walkway and driveway. The job was for weeding and mulch on all garden beds. There are three in total there excuse was oh there were no pictures with the quote so he didn’t know. I got ripped off by him through this service that has given me the runaround for a week. There are some good credible people that work through this app but too many problems with the service and horrible customer service!! Will be reporting to the BBB Services: Mulching, Weed control

Paid hundreds of dollars for a service that was horrible and incomplete! I will never use this sorry company again.

We used this service while we were out of town. We arrived home the same night they cut the lawn. Although I could see tracks in the lawn from the mower the lawn was very long. I measured it and it was over 4 inches tall. I don't see how that's considered mowed. I called and left a message but no one returned my call. I've also tried calling during business hours and no one answers the phone. Poor customer service, will never use them again.
