If you ever get any waxing done, definitely ask for Michelle, she the best! She is friendly and extremely professional and makes you feel totally comfortable. The receptionists were also really nice and organized, great experience overall!

BANA and it's staff are amazing! I went for the first time on Friday, and went back today (Sat) for color. Charlotte was my stylist, and though I originally wasn't thinking about getting any color, she had so many great ideas and was so enthusiastic that I decided to go with it. I am so glad I did because my hair looks amazing and fun, and it didn't even take that much; just perfectly placed, subtle highlights that she really took her time with. Plus she is super nice. My roommate saw Erin (hot pink hair) and got an amazing cut with bangs. All the work I saw done was polished and well thought out. The atmosphere is great...overall a really relaxing, enjoyable experience. I will be going back.

I have been going to their stylist Stephanie for over 12 years now. She is incredible at what she does and has practically become a member of the family. I would recommend her or any of her colleagues to anyone.
