I am a wheelchair user and have a trip across the country, so its always important my vehicle is fully functional before. I needed a windshield replaced and made an appointment with glassdoctor in Ann Arbor on Wednesday the 31 of February. I was told my windshield would arrive Thursday the first of feb. On Friday the 2nd I recieved a call 5 minutes before the appointment At 2 pm saying the glass was defected or not in, there wasnt a clear rational amongst the desk workers. So now I am without luck and there was no way to be serviced by anyone else because its too late. They offered 25 dollars off as a consolation, when a windshield is hundreds of dollars . Bad communication and poor customer service. I would not recommend to any one
