Very disappointed with service. Wrong spring installed! Was told I was going to receive reimbursement, no payment given. NEVER will use this company ever again!

Oren came out and replaced springs after one broke. The garage door cables would not stay on the drum tight afterwards. Leaving our door off balance and to the point it would no longer open or close. We called a different company come out to replace the cables and they found that the reason the cables were coming off was because Oren installed the wrong size springs for our door. The ones he put on were for a much heavier door. There was a considerable size difference from what he installed to what our door is rated for. So we had to spend another couple hundred dollars to get the right springs put on AND replace the cables. All of which would not need to be done had the job been done properly the first time. Local Pro Garage Door has not addressed the problem. Was told someone would call us, they have not. We’ve emailed them and texted about this and not a word from them. Think twice before calling them for repairs.

Very nice person came and changed the door opener motor and chain . Wasn’t a ‘ pro ‘ and had to help him program the opener pad . That was bad itself as far as being a ‘ pro ‘ but the door now opens on its own without notice . No the next door neighbors garage door openers do not open my door I checked . Would not use this business ever again . If he wasn’t so nice I would give them a zero star .
