First Florist

I tried to order flowers online, but never saw the transaction process on my online banking so I called back a week later and the woman was very rude to me and told me the price was going to more than triple, and told me that I was trying to cheat them out of money. I will not do business with them in the future.

I called First Florist late afternoon for a delivery that evening. Barbara couldn't have been more accommodating. She personally made an arrangement in a half hour and delivered it in under an hour! What a kind lady and a wonderful business. The flowers were beautiful. I highly recommend First Florist.

I have been working with Barbara the owner of First Florist for years and have always received excellent service. When my mother passed away, Barbara was there to work with my sister and I regarding the family spray. I have recommended her to alot of people and my church.

What they have on their webpage isn't actually available. They called and said they could make something else but it would be more expensive. I asked if they could make something up that would be the same price and they said no. I asked if she would rather just lose the sale and she said that was fine. The lady was rude and awful! Terrible service!!!! Lied on their website of products they have. Don't waste your time. I just checked back and they kept the arrangment on the site but upped the price. So essentially she wanted me to pay for her mistake of not updating the site and refusing to honor the rate I was sold. this is a shady company. I went with another florist in the area and the customer service was wonderful and they were so helpful.
