        Working with CertaSite was easily one of the worst decisions I have ever made as a small business owner. Long story short we hired this company to do our sprinkler work when we expanded our business, they signed to complete in November and were not finished until April 29th. After costing me thousands of dollars they then sent us a bill for double the originally quoted price. If that werent bad enough when we attempted to converse with them about the bill to try to figure it out they ignored our calls, texts, and emails for six weeks. We spoke with the project manager, his boss, and the operations boss and all have ignored us until today. The end of June. If at all possible do not work with this company, not only are they awful to work with but they are a nightmare to communicate with, I would avoid at all costs.

        Rich Allen came and did the fire suppression for my food truck. Even with the factory sending me faulty parts, or some of the parts (apparently they do not provide said parts - weird.) rich pushed through and did a tremendous job. Very clean work, aesthetically pleasing, and was a hell of a guest. I recommend rich and certasite 150 million times.
