Once Upon A Childhood

We've had our child with Once Upon a Childhood for a few months now and it has been a highly positive experience. Sue and Karlie make an excellent team and we have been impressed with their efforts to add new activities/experiences to keep the kids' days interesting and fun. Most importantly, it's clear that they care deeply for the wellbeing of the children in their care, so we are comfortable knowing that our child is with them.

My experience at OUAC altered my opinion on childcare; needless to say, I will never be sending my children to daycare. I urge parents to check out other options for child care, as I would not recommend this facility.

I am at a lost for words right now my experience with sue was very short and a big eye opener for me. I was fired for the first time in my life because sue claimed i was using my phone too much, When in reality she fired me because i kept trying to tend to a crying 3 month old. Several times i tried to pick up baby ellie and was repeatedly told not to by sue and to let her cry herself to sleep. We had about 12 kids that day all under age 3 she first told me i was going home early due to not enough work for two people( we had about 12 kids that day). Sue is highly understaffed and very unprofessional. I don't recommend this daycare to anyone she is too rough with the kids and very impatient.
