Showed up right at my appointment time at 2:45 PM to donate blood. Was told it would be 45 minutes until they could get me started. So much for appointments...

Great place to donate. It's so much improved after being renovated. Staff is friendly and efficient. Always best to schedule an appointment.

Had an appointment today at 8:15. Drove 25 minutes to get here only to be told upon check-in that I would have to reschedule because they were under staffed and would not be doing any whole blood donations. I politely asked them in the future to call those folks with appointments that they would not be taking donations so as to not waste my time driving to an appointment that is going to be cancelled. This has happened to me NUMEROUS times at this location and this is my LAST time ever coming here. HORRIBLE management and communication at this center. I have given blood and platelets at this location in the past but as of today I will NEVER set foot in this location again! If you seriously are in need of blood during this COVID time period then you need to shore up the poor performing centers such as this one!
