Jump City

Very fun and has lots of jumping buildings, it has 2 rooms full of jumping stuff to do, the only thing I don't like is one of the rooms might not be open if a birthday party gets one to themselves, but overall I would recremend for party's and for just having fun!

This past weekend I had an issue with a booking/schedule change for my daughter's party at a DIFFERENT 'bouncing location' that was booked over 3 weeks ago. Within 3 hours of the start time, I called to ask when I could access the party room to set up. They told me I didn't have a reservation. After a conversation with the manager explaining that I had spoken to someone on the phone specifically to change my booking date 3 weeks ago, I realized he could do nothing to accommodate my 4pm start time. I was in a panic. I called Jump City on Boardwalk in Ann Arbor and left a message for someone to return my call. My husband showed up there within 15 minutes, spoke with the manager who said that they could accommodate us and make it work for the 4pm start time. They were friendly, professional, offered to make things as easy as possible for us and were extremely kind and accommodating in every way. They set EVERYTHING up and went over and above to make the experience as pleasant as possible.....the entire time with smiling faces. THANK YOU, Jump City! A perfect example of EXCELLENT customer service! (P.S. My daughter and her friends loved it too!) I'll be recommending you to everyone I know!
