        We had Saladino Smoke cater our wedding and I am blown away with how many people have gone out of their way to tell me and my husband that it was the BEST wedding food they’ve ever had. We primarily talked to Katie leading up to our event and she was quick to respond and very kind. The day of our wedding, the whole crew was wonderful. Anthony did amazing and I swear I could eat Saladino Smoke pulled pork or macaroni and cheese for the rest of my life and be okay. I highly recommend them for any event!

        We had the food truck at our company's summer BBQ - the food was outstanding. Many compliments all saying "best brisket I've ever eaten!" The food was all handled safety so no cross touching/contamination occurred. They were willing to work with us on the Covid precautions. Their sauces were so good. They were even willing to purchase dry ice and stock our ice cream desserts for us so they would be available to our staff without touching. They went the extra mile! Highly recommend.

        BEST BBQ EVER! My husband & I chose Saladino Smoke to cater our wedding on August 14, 2021 at Barn 1888 and it was one of the best decisions we made for our special day! We had tried the food at Wildwood awhile back and we just knew that was the food for us! The food was beyond amazing, and the servers were so kind! From the first day I contacted Saladino Smoke they were more than willing to answer any and all of my questions and were so easy to work with. Their food is more than amazing, and don’t even get me stared on the sauces! To this day we still hear about how amazing our food tasted, and where they could get it again! I can’t recommend them enough, and can’t wait for another reason to have their food! Thanks again to the Team at Saladino Smoke! You guys were amazing!! 😊
