Absolutely wretched services, from their Front office Staff to their Nurse Practitioners, Amy Northrop, and Sarah Rings, who unfortunately do not have a clue and are extremely incompetent and questionable in their practices. Also, they do not have a Practicing Doctor on staff, again questionable. I would highly advise against this facility, and certainly do your research.

I have been working with Amy Northrup since July 2023. She had me titrating down off Seroquel 3 times now since I first saw her on July 17th. She had me titrating for 70 days and completely forgot about me. She had failed to call me & is usually off 1-2 weeks at a time pushing my apts. for 1-2 months at off. She said she was in charge of In-Patients as well as Out-patients and was just overloaded making her neglect of me her employer's problems. She has left me feeling absolutely ignored at best. I need someone who cares!!!!!

This review is for someone I knew who was admitted. one of the nurses was doodling as he was on screen with a doctor. Very unprofessional, made him feel like they didn't take him serious. Also, they do not show they truly care.
