Called for propane delivery because of no delivery when Im on an automatic deliveries and now Im empty and they dont care! The delivery coordinator/scheduler sucks at doing their job! Would not recommend this company!

they have horrible customer service..im pretty sure the service rep that was talking to me was using the bathroom while not being very helpful
Just informing me that it
takes 14 days to process a refill request from they're own online app..thats unheard of these days..

Very poor company to work with. I would suggest to look around. They say they are Competitive but they are far from that. The cost to go with them are much higher. Also even after being with them for years and you decide to change companies and refuse to pay an extremely high price of theirs they charge you 60 dollars just to pick it up. Other companies around me are definitely charging less.
