This is literally one of the worst places to buy any vehicle from. I leased a truck threw them and this is what happened not even an hour after me driving. The whole heating/cooling went out cord broke off and everything. Their insurance company said they do not cover what needed to be fixed. Went and took the truck to be looked at over $3500 needs to be put into it and the only cover about $500 of it. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM HERE. Also they have me and husband number blocked. I sent her an email with the video of what happened the same exact day she said that the mechanic was outand she would give me a call later never gave me a call and stopped answering my calls. Not to mention the truck has no Cadillac converter. They sell LEMONS and do not care at all whatever so ever. They couldve at least fixed the heat.

Have bought 3 of my 4 kids vehicles from here. We have had no issues with the vehicles we purchased. The prices are great. The staff was helpful. We were able to have them checked out by our mechanic before purchase. We will be back when number 4 gets her license.

notorious for selling lemons . DO NOT BUY // Sell // Trade Cars Here i refered my entire family here and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR TRUCKS BROKEN DOWN within a week - a month!! i know used cars arent in perfect shape but when i put over 8000$ into a car maintenance when the truck i have is 4000$ , its a problem and whoever they get you approved through doesnt care whatsoever as long as they get theyre monthly payment like the truck would have been completely paid off by now if i didnt spend so much !! just for my truck to end up with a broken FRAME !! 2 broken frames 2 needed new engines 1 needed a transmission and more dont get me wrong audrey is a wonderful person, shes nice but the cars they sell are LEMONS .

LEMON CARS Horrible service and they sell lemon cars. I came in about a month or two ago and got a car that I was told was working and had no issues. There were no check engine lights or anything. After a week or two the car started acting up and just finally stopped. Turns out the transmission had been shot. And its a Cvt transmission so the cost of replacing it new is 8k (6/7k just for the transmission itself) and that wasnt even all of the issues. The battery is faulty and when I asked them to replace it (as they said they would) she stopped responding to me altogether. I wouldnt recommend buying anything from them, the woman is never in the office and knows nothing about the cars they sell. They sell complete trash cars, all the other reviews experienced similar stuff. And the car was a 2014 with 51,000 miles so I didnt think anything major would be wrong.
