Overall, experience has been pretty great. All the leasing agents are very nice and respectful. Management is very compromising on complicated situations. Joe, the maintenance guy, is the absolute GOAT. He gets the job done quickly and well. He even went over the top for me when our kitchen cabinet was broken. He took out everything for me, and put it back organized BETTER than it was before! My biggest complaints are the carpeting and furniture are a bit outdated. In addition, the gym could be spectacular, but there's not enough equipment and the stuff that they do have is outdated. For example, it could use another bench/squat rack, smith machine, more leg machines (quad extension and hamstring curls), and cables. Other than that, it has been a fantastic apartment complex!

Had a leaky faucet and clogged train, as well a broken garbage disposal! Called in a work order and Brendan Miller came within 20 minutes! He fixed them all very fast, with great professionalism! Amazing maintenance from 48 west!

I've lived at 48 west for two years now. I went in not knowing what I was getting myself into ( two bedroom floorplans aren't available for touring). However, I still chose it and I have been there every since. The Maintenance team have really nice attitudes and work pretty fast. The office learned my name really quickly. I sometimes call them back to back about almost any and everything but, every time they answer they still have a positive tone. They are all ( office & maintenance) overall really patient, kind, respectful and inviting people. They are nice to your pets too!!
