Overall, experience has been pretty solid. All the leasing agents are very nice and respectful. Joe, the maintenance guy, is the absolute GOAT. He gets the job done quickly and well. He even went over the top for me when our kitchen cabinet was broken. He took out everything for me, and put it back organized BETTER than it was before! My biggest complaints are the carpeting and furniture are a bit outdated. In addition, the gym could be spectacular, but there's not enough equipment and the stuff that they do have is outdated. For example, it could use another bench/squat rack, smith machine, more leg machines (quad extension and hamstring curls), and cables. Other than that, it has been a fantastic apartment complex!

So far, I am very pleased with 48 West. My son will be moving there in the fall to start up his 2nd year at GVSU. I had many questions and Evan patiently answered every one of them. He was very informative and pleasant to work with.

Hello everyone, I had a shaky start to the beginning of my lease with some unexpected changes, but I brought my concerns up to the manager katie and she fixed everything. She was very understanding and compassionate. She was able to accommodate me and my pups. U feel she went above and beyond. I was so happy at the end I renewed my lease for next year with only staying one night at the apartment. Also my issues with the apartment, Brandon, who was maintenance took care if right away!
