Always have issues with communication and lack of follow through and they always seam to find any number to call other than the ones given as contact we are a commercial account with the phone number on the side of every vehical thay have worked on

Ive been a loyal Belle Tire customer for decades, but my recent experience at the Telegraph location was appalling. I went to use the free pump for a simple tire inflation, where three tires were fine, but one deflated instead of inflating. When I brought this to the managers attention, he dismissed my concern, opting to lecture me on how to use the pump rather than assisting. In the past, staff have been helpful with such issues, but this time, the manager insisted I seek formal service and wait for hours for a task that takes seconds. He seemed more interested in selling services than solving a simple problem. Frustrated, I went to Discount Tire, where they quickly filled the needed tire and checked all four to ensure correct pressure, all within two minutes. This level of service is what I expected from Belle Tire, not the outright neglect I encountered. Im disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never will go to Belle Tire again. Kevin the manager at Shelby TWP MI store is a lier. Said they looked at my car. If they are going to lie at least wait more than 5 minutes to call. There is no way your service people could have put it on hoist looked at it and seen the problem and moved the car back out to the same spot I left it

Took my truck to Jackson Michigan store they smashed the drivers fender will not show me the footage said it was like that when I dropped it off asked repeatedly to see footage and they will not show it to me.. also asked for store managers bosses name and number or for him to reach out to me and still a no.. they offered to fix fender in house with their body tools.. why would a tire shop have body tools? And it needs paint..
