        Took two weeks to have a surgical clearance form completed by my primary. I had to call them almost every day to get my paperwork completed and had to physically sit in the waiting room on the 14th day to collect my forms since they cannot be trusted to complete basic tasks like fax documents. They no longer can be trusted with my healthcare. They truly showed me that they do not care what is going on in my life - what issues I am dealing with. & if you ask them to do their job, theyll likely roll their eyes and act as if YOURE an inconvenience to them. If I could give them ZERO stars , I would. STAY AWAY
