Bob is the best repairman I've interacted with. He has now diagnosed my washer and my dryer. He was friendly, efficient, and kind. I'd welcome him back any time.

Bob provided Us with horrible service from the moment I spoke with him the first time. He answered his phone saying "I'll read my log & text you later". He never asked me my name or what service I would like. When he arrived at my home he stated "I only repair appliances enough so that I can keep making a pay check off of it". He went on to explain "if I fully repaired items than I wouldn't make any money on the future". I would never allow this man back into my home and I will ensure that everyone knows that he isn't honest and only wants to make money off of people. I will report him to BBB.

BRM was contracted to do service on our house through American home shield warranty. The service Technician was very friendly and courteous. We needed work done on our dishwasher and he completed the job in two visits, second visit because he had to order parts. I would use this company again if I needed additional services.
