        I wish I could give zero stars. I've been trying to contact them for 3 months with no response. They stopped sending me my car insurance bill 3 months ago. Ive been having to call the state farm operator to pay. I finally called state farm directly and they tried to send a message to Allen to contact me urgently. Still no response. Horrible customer service.

        The best service and rates. I have college kids and they get better rates because of there good grade program.. We also get discount for safe driving!!!! Thanks

      Not sure what went wrong here, Sarah. The bills come from corporate to the address on file. We always return calls if we have a valid phone number which it appears we do not. Just call my office so we can make every effort to straighten this out. Thanks.
