Josh has been absolutely wonderful to us during the home buying process. He showed us several houses that were the exact type we were looking for. When we decided on the right one, Josh was there with us every step of the way. I can't imagine buying a house without a buyer's agent, and I'm so glad we chose Josh! What a great realtor Josh is! He has helped us so much throughout this whole house buying process. He is very patient with your questions, and responds very quickly to any emails or texts that you send him. I wouldn't go through anyone else if you are considering buying or selling your home. Thoroughly impressed. :D

Working with Josh was a pleasure. We had a very specific upper limit on what we were willing to spend and he didn't take us to any place that was above that limit. He was thorough and kept us updated in a very timely manner. His ethics on doing everything proper was very high. This was a breath of fresh air after having to deal with agents who weren't always within the guidelines. When it came time to put in offers he was on top of the timeline and made sure everything was submitted and all paperwork filled out. On top of his professionalism, he was a genuine pleasure to work with and converse with. I would recommend Josh highly and plan on using him when it's time for my next real estate venture.

I start working with Josh on some property I was looking to buy. He made it simple and easy and by the time I knew it he had sold my house and I had purchase another house on a lake.
