Horrible experience. Being put in the middle of a pretty ugly custody dispute with my ex-husband, I needed to find representation quickly and blindly followed a referral to Elena from another attorney. Terrible decision. Elena's retainer fee is ridiculously high (3X higher than the three other attorneys I interviewed with after hiring her). She does not offer a free consultation. She did not provide me with guidance or assurance, and after only three days of working with her, I decided to find other counsel. The decision of finding new representation was solidified within a matter of hours. My new attorney was more forthcoming, provided way more attention to detail and had documents prepared within a day (documents that I still did not have from Elena). I do not recommend Elena Elliott to anyone.

I regularly refer cases to Elena Elliott. Not only is Elena easy to work with when we have cases that overlap, but the people I refer to Elena are always extremely happy with the service that Elena provides. She is at the top of the list when I get a call from someone needing a family law lawyer, or when one of my own clients needs help in that arena. I highly recommend Elena.
