There is a young woman by the name of Heavenleigh living here that is illegally breeding Rottweiler puppies out of her unit. So much for luxury.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Unfortunately when I moved in here I thought oh the reviews cant be that true but... I was wrong. Do you know why this complex has such a low rating? It's because it's true... Don't move here if you can avoid it at all cost! Hate this apartment complex with every fiber of my being. DON'T MOVE HERE. Concerns about the building continually go unaddressed based on the reviews even when brought to the corporate level. You can barely get a hold of anyone in the corporate level. ITS A SHAME that it has been years and nothing is gotten resolved. There are several ongoing incidents involving safety, sanitary, and security concerns to which the manager has not responded to. The only positive thing I could say is the maintenance team (not to be confused with the cleaning team, who has gotten significantly worse over time) sitting on their phones not cleaning and acting like they are I couldnt speak more highly about them. For the leasing management team ohhh boy they dont do anything but sit on their phones and look at you through the glass Very comical. When will they actually make the POINT AT WRENTHAM a better place? I don't give this location even 2 or 3 years before they have to shut down due to no one wanting to rent from them. If I could give this location 0 STARS I seriously would!

The management of The Point at Wrentham, doesn't care about the needs of their residents, and it gets worse every year. They will opt to make a little more money over even the smallest things, rather than think of their residents' happiness. Below are all the ways this manifests itself, but ultimately you should pay a little more to live somewhere else. The only building that is always clean is the building that is connected with the leasing office which is building 50! When something needs fixing, like the elevators or the door locks, it's obvious the cheapest possible route is chosen so that nothing is ever actually fixed permanently. There are a handful of hard-working custodians, but they are hopelessly overwhelmed. If The Point at Wrentham cared, they'd hire more people, regularly to clean ALL the stairwells, regularly treat for pests, etc., but they don't care and can't get sued for these things, so they don't. You can't reliably get your mail or packages, as management implemented Amazon lockers removing any sort of human accountability, maximizing their profit over residents' needs. Deliveries are just left wherever, often in the wrong buildings, (FedEx, UPS, and other delivery companies are supposed to have access to the lockers, but it's still a mystery to me as to if they actually can or not.) The USPS also frequently returns your mail, or puts it wherever-- RMV letters just sitting on a counter, tax documents etc-- once again left on the counters. Could management could step in and lend a hand? Yes. Do they? No. Instead they wash their hands of the whole situation-- again, they won't get sued for mail and packages that are misplaced, so it's ignored. You'll have to contact friends in other buildings to check their pile of wayward packages for your misplaced item or you're out-of-luck. Parking is a terrible-- Almost every space in the complex is numbered, and yet the most affordable option is just a park-where-you-can system, ignoring the numbers entirely. This might be fine in ideal circumstances, but I suspect they sell more of these then there are spaces, because if you come home later in the evening it's likely you won't find a space at all. Instead you have to park illegally and make a parking space, and risk getting a ticket or getting towed by the Point at Wrentham. The only other option is to spend twice as much for a spot in the garage or three to four times as much for a reserved space. More money for the Point at Wrentham, more hassle for residents. There used to be a ButterflyMX intercom system in all the buildings, but management has not fixed the system or bother to replace the system. It is down almost half the year making impossible to buzz people into the unit. Anyone can access your building due to doors being left opened residents prop the doors open" so that they dont have to head down every time to open the door for friends etc. There is no kind of security except at the front doors. If anyone can access the building and the only camera is at the front doors I would be very worried. The only place where there are multiple cameras for safety is where the leasing office is located. That can be. A bit alarming for the other residents they dont reside in the building (50). As mentioned there are security cameras, but besides the front door there arent any through out the other buildings. When you visit to purchase you can observe yourself! I've never felt in danger, but anyone could get access to any of these buildings at any time. The Point at the Wrentham has removed all trash cans leaving residents to litter all around the building. the complex is pet friendly and there is dog poop/pee left around the building all the time. They do not do anything about it besides leaving a email for all residents on the matter. However since there arent enough cameras anyway they couldnt find out who did what and when. To save you the time and hassle RUNNNNN go rent somewhere else. Ill save you the trouble! Pay the extra cash and choose somewhere else to rent.
