If I could give this review a -5 I would. The lack of professionalism by upper management is completely unacceptable. After renting a trailer from them that completely detached putting myself in danger, that of the people with me and possibly to others, I called their roadside assistance line. They asked for me leave the trailer where I had safely parked it and proceed to this store to get another rental. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who immediately apologized for the inconvenience and tried to get the situation taken care of. During that time, she expressed that her manager would be the only one that could help with the issue at hand. The minute her “manager” answered my call, the situation went from bad to worse. He said he was aware of the situation and that his employees properly secured the trailer (speaking purely out of his ego and not on facts as he was not there when any of this happened) and in a very condescending tone told me he was the president of marketing and that he was not going to do absolutely anything for me. He spoke over me and never took one minute to even say, let’s get this situation resolved; I will look into it. After getting off the phone with him realizing that his ego, was stronger than his work ethic, I asked the nice lady to just rent me a truck and I would pay for it. She looked at me with a look of disbelief and told me she had received a call from him immediately after we hung up telling her not to rent to me. I left the store and called customer service to file a complaint. After receiving a promise of a phone call back from customer service within 72hrs and not receiving one, I called them today. They again said that Jerry the president of marketing who apparently also happens to be the operations Director, flagged my account so that they could not help me with anything. I was charged a merely $100 some odd dollars and this company rather loose a client who used to rent to them over and over again because of some ones ego. For me it’s all about the principal. No one should ever be treated the way these people treated me.Worse experience of my life!

Rented a truck to get my furniture and other household goods. Paid an arm and a leg on mileage but the cost of just the truck was cheap. My advice is try to drive as little distance as possible to get best out of your rental purchase. Otherwise great service.
