        Bad customer service. Dirty bathroom. Broken toilet or clogged toilet. Broken passenger elevator for a 2 months or longer. Basement floods during every rain storm. Never use the basement floor ever. Use 3rd floor or 4th floor. “Not very professional at all.” Worst storage facility ever. 9 McKeon Rd, Worcester, MA I do not recommend this place at all. I recommend you use another storage facility instead.

        They went up on the rent twice in the past 6 months there costoner service hasn't been the greatest, the elevator is always broken. I'm paying over $100.00 dollars for a small "5x10 unit". I'm extremely unhappy with this place and I will never come back I'm in the process of moving to another unit as we speak!
