        Husband brought in by ambulance and I drove of course and they still wont let me see him. Its been almost 45 mins and the excuse is hes not in a room yet and as soon as he is I can see him. Hes 63 years old with medical conditions! I knew I should have gone to memorial instead! It explains there stars. I actually had more faith in them at umass than what Im seeing right now! How disappointed lesson learned

        Was a little wait to get seen but all in all everything is ran super smooth and how I don't need to ever go to multiple buildings is most definitely needed. Everything that I needed was done all in one building. I'm happy to recommend you to get treated for any medical needs from consulting to elected surgery.

        Horrible. There is no sympathy towards the patient. Was told they take the persons measure by the severity of the symptoms. Wait over 5+ hours. They took people ahead with no visible symptoms. There is also nobody available for the patients or families to ask questions to.

        I would give 0 stars if I could. Came in with my 3 month old who had a fever of 103.3 and testing positive for Covid. Came in at 6am and was told it would be a fast process for them to come check him out. So far it has been 5 hours and we are still waiting, with my infant who has such a spiked high fever. No medicine nothing. Had so many people coming and going and we were treated as not a priority what so ever. Never mind the fact that they know my husband, the baby, and myself all have Covid and they just have us sitting for hours. So ridiculous
