Let me begin by saying ATTORNEY Sean Smith was my lawyer an he went after this case like i payed him a million dollars. He was so confident in me an how weak the case was( so i thought) I'm not gonna get too deep into the case but i could've done a year or 2 (intimidating a witness). But Mr Smith took this case by the balls and i got a quaf out of it which is basically a dismissal. The Right Decision. I am so grateful that I asked Attorney Sean Smith to represent me regarding four serious criminal charges filed against me, including one felony. A Real Lawyer! Attorney Sean Smith is the best. The charges against me were an unending nightmare. Although I was innocent, after two years and three lawyers, the charges persisted. I felt hopeless. I searched for a new lawyer for weeks. Nothing worked. Friends and family were all praying for me to find the right lawyer. Finally, I went on the appeals court website, and looked at every lawyer I could find. Sean stood out. He was very knowledgeable and distinguished.
