Not great. Arrived when it first opened, no one else in store, but gentleman couldn't assist me right away, had to lay out other jewelry items, and I had to wait. Not a welcoming atmosphere. I left and went to a more accommodating and reputable jeweler for assistance

My now fiancé and I worked with Chuck on designing my engagement ring and he was absolutely wonderful! I had a vision and Chuck made it happen. The ring turned out even more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. Chuck was attentive in listening to what I wanted and you could sense he cared about creating something special for us. My fiancé was also incredibly thankful for how easy Chuck made the entire process!

So glad I found these guys! After going to a few different stores and not liking what I saw, I figured I would stop in here.  The knowledge and patience Chuck and Neal had with me was just what I was looking for.  They helped me design a ring for my fiancé that was perfect!  We wouldn't buy our wedding bands anywhere else.  I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring. Thanks again!
