        I'm in the. process of transferring a title and registration. There gave been a few hiccups. I've been working with Grazelle and she's been fabulous. So helpful.

        Had an experience with an auto agent today 12/1/23 and she was the worst. No respect for the customer, didnt even want to hear about my issues with policy. Didnt want to discuss my matters complained about how many times I called etc. If you dont want to do customer service work get a new job. Her tone was completely off, wanted to just transfer me off to someone else. It had some discriminatory overtones to it. Truly considering contacting my lawyer will never recommend them thank God my policy has expired. Still thinking about contacting HR or anyone in position to report this. Unacceptable!
