Sadly this hotel has gone downhill. No hot water for shower. Still serving COVID inspired cold bagged breakfasts with microwaveable sandwich, yuck. Taking advantage of a situation to not offer top notch service to guests. Not up to Marriott standards. Hope they turn it around soon.

Front Desk & Staff & Housekeeping very unfriendly... I’m a Embassador Elite Customer from Marriott, I’ve never seen a staff so unfriendly & not being professional... On my day of checkout, I should have a late pm checkout & @ 10 am they called me to ask when I was checking out. Overall the 2 week stay was not a good one. They need to improve on their customer service ability... Rating (1 out of 5)...👎

It’s a dump!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Bedroom 1 is supposed to have a king. Bedroom 2, a queen. Both beds were identical at 70” wide (I carry a tape measure). A king is 76”. Not a huge deal. Should be advertised correctly though.
The suite smelled so bad! Like mold/mildew! I complained, and they gave me a spray to help with the smell. It did not.
Dust everywhere!
Water in shower didn’t drain properly.
We are titanium Marriott members. We travel a lot and have stayed in many Marriotts. This Residence Inn is the WORST Marriott we have ever stayed it!

Bathrooms need updating and cleaning. Cooking smells were prevalent.
