Dr. Lowell A. Gross

Was referred to the office by a friend that has the same insurance.  Not a fan of the dentist and had horrible experiences with a dentist in Rutland and even worse experience with one in Holden.  Had a few teeth that needed addressing (put off going because of the last visit and horrible treatment at another office).   From the first person I spoke to when making the appointment, to the dental hygienist and finally to the dentists - this office is like no other.  Everyone (and I mean everyone) is so nice, compassionate and caring.  Ended up with four filling replacements and Dr. Nutter took care of them in one visit.  This is the first time that I can recall having multiple teeth worked on and having NO pain.  I am so thankful for being referred here and I actually look forward to my next appointment (something I never thought I would say).

I am a 63 year old whos fear kept me from obtaining cars for way too long. Today I walked out of this office with a brand new smile. I truly cried when I looked in the mirror. I will never go to any other dentist than the office if dr gross and his associates. State of the art equipment and catering professionals. Kudos

if you are scared of the dentist or just uneasy about the dentist in general this is the perfect practice to be able to leave your worries at the door- Dr.Gross has such an amazing approach, very accommodating as well as all the staff under him. highly recommend this practice if you are shopping for dentists.

Look elsewhere for your dental health needs. Equipment and office outdated, staff incompetent and rude.
