Her assistant won’t answer your questions they take your number and don’t expect a call back because its not going to happen. This year 2021 is the first time I did my taxes with her, and she misplaced my paperwork sense February 23 2021 she charged me $100. that I paid even before she did my taxes. It took her 2 months to do my taxes and then blamed the IRS with the delay and that was another lie. I finally got in touch with her April 22 2021 and that day finally she did my taxes and did not even put my rent, and other credits plus I had to pay $1,596. of penalty because she didn’t put in my information of my medical insurance. I left a void check not even that she did. I hope people read this information that I am giving to save you from going through a hard time. Good luck to those who step in to her office.
